PAYROLL PROCESS OUTSOURCING

1. Processing monthly payrolls, inclusive of allowances and benefits:
•  Basic salary
•  Sales bonuses
•  Allowances
•  Social/health insurances
•  Personal income tax in accordance with Vietnam Law and Policies.
2. Working closely with the Department of Invalids and Social Affairs, Office of Social Insurance.
3. Consulting and supporting the designing of employee profiles and payrolls management software.

EMPLOYEE ADMINISTRATION

1. Representing client organizations to sign labour contracts with employees (in the case that client organizations have not set up operations or representative office in Vietnam)
2. Indirectly managing employees
3. Replacing employees in case of temporary leave or resignation
4. Be responsible for carrying out allowances and benefits to employees.

TEMPORARY STAFFING
1. Recruiting suitable candidates in accordance with requirements of client organizations
2. Signing labour 6 to 12-month contracts with employees
3. Supporting the employee training and administration
4. Direct supervising employees’ assignments and working attitude, ensuring the workflow to run smoothly
5. Representing to resolve possible conflicts between employees and client organizations
6. Placing staff in case of resignation.
