Dzung

Diep, Vu Hong – Manager of Business Development
Diep holds overall responsibility for business development operations of GUIDEA and www.VietnamHRlink.com. This includes partnership development, customer and candidate relationship and marketing. Diep also takes responsibility for supporting the Directorate and the Projects Development Department in providing market information and formulating a sources system for GUIDEA. Her Business development unit keeps the strategic position in GUIDEA’s organizational structure and brings GUIDEA’s services to its partners. As a reliable partner, Diep and her unit are willing to support customers all the human resource issues as well as the updated information of executive search market.
Diep holds the Bachelor of Art in Foreign Languages. Prior to joining GUIDEA, Diep had many years’ working experience in services and customer relationship.

Huong, Le Thi Thu – Consultant of Executive Search and Selection
Huong is the Executive Search & Selection Consultant of GUIDEA, who holds responsibility for managing the frequent customers of GUIDEA, and for searching and developing database of candidates in the fields of production, distribution and information technology, ect. She also takes responsibility for resolving problems related to human resources change and searching executive for customers.
Huong holds the Master of Social Sciences. As an HR Consultant of GUIDEA, Huong possesses advanced skills in HR development and developing customer relationship.

Ly, Vu Minh – Consultant of Executive Search and Selection
Ly holds responsibility for searching and developing database of candidates in the fields of services and foreign customers. Prior to joining GUIDEA, Ly had many years’ working experience in electronics, FMCG and management consultancy services enterprises services. Ly is competent of administration, project management and HR development, ect., which actively supports her executive search for GUIDEA’s customers. Ly is the graduate of Thai Nguyen University and Hanoi National Economics University.

Toi, Mai Lam - Projects Development Manager
Toi is
the
Manager
of the
Projects
Development
of
GUIDEA.
Toi
started
his
career
with
COMETCO,
an
affiliate
of
LICOGI
Corporation
before
moving
to the
representative
office
in
Hanoi,
Lai Chau
Stone
Joint
Venture
company.
Early
2005 he
joined
GUIDEA
where he
holds
responsibility
for
developing
various
projects,
including
management
and
development
of the GUIDEA_Data_Bank (GDB),
corporate
website
of
GUIDEA
and
www.VietnamHRlink.com
career
website.
He
obtained
his B.A.
degree
from
Hanoi
University
of
Foreign
Studies,
Vietnam
and took varous
courses,
inclusive
of
intensive
E-commerce
courses.
He is
now
doing
the
Information
Technology
BSc
degree
in Hanoi
University
of
Technology,
Vietnam.
